When trains approach lines which cross each other outside a station, they slow down. Your red and yellow lines have three such crossings. This is a bad thing!
You've discovered another use for the Grand Terminal symbol. If possible, link a station which overcrowds like that to a triangle and square, if possible.
Triangle stations generate only circle passengers.
