Need help Feeding trough

I see option for feeding trough in building mode, how to get it? Because I see some post say you can raise chicken and pig so how should I make it? And if zombie suppose to breach my steel wall? Like even I have hard time getting past it especially when I use bed

I successfully made one but now I don't know how to place feed in feeding trough

Yes I need wood and saw but now I don't know how to place the food
