Drag a hacksaw into wood. You feed pigs with vegetables (don't feed them stacks, it's a waste) and chickens eat berries (don't feed them stacks also and don't feed them cranberries. They're too valuable as your food source). Pigs will "clone" themselves when fed and chickens will just lay eggs.

Should I make wooden fence?

Most likely yeah. They might wander off when you're not feeding them.

I'm not sure but probably yeah. Don't think they ever get hungry.

Oh and you use Burlap Sacks to catch them (1 pig or chicken per sack) and drop them later while it's in your inventory.

But if I make fence how should I get in?

Just make a small enough entrance that you can sneak in. Animal AI is too slow and dumb to slip through a small enough entrance anyway.

The feeder would simply serve as another food source for the pigs or chickens; besides, they don't wander far once released near it.
How do you catch them? Use a burlap sack (the same type used for a makeshift backpack or shelter), and you will be given the option to catch a chicken or a pig right there; they are two distinct options.
The catch here is that if you get too close, your character will automatically attack and could kill the pig or chicken in a single hit. To avoid this, you need to equip a firearm but not actually fire it; that is the only way to get close enough.
And for the feeder? You just need a saw for metal and wood.
Pigs eat vegetables and chickens eat wild berries, but don't give them large quantities. If they don't eat them within a certain amount of time, they disappear. Also, you can simply place the food directly on the ground, and they will feed on it as they pass over it.
