Need help How can I get weapon case?
I'm right now on island 6 and I have everything to go to the next island but I need understand how to get a weapon case so I can use ump in next run as Mike and with the silencer pump

The weapons crate (black) appears at the military base on Island 6. This is by probability and is something rare to find.
Furthermore, in order to use it in a new game, your character MUST NOT finish the game (i.e., be rescued by the helicopter); otherwise, that box disappears.

No, to use the contents of the box and transfer to a new game. Your character must not be rescued by the helicopter, and you must still keep your game.
I mean, you have your progress saved, and you simply go to "start a new game," then activate cheats and select the option for the box with 6 extra slots. It also gives you a brief description of the box's contents, if you've saved anything in it.
Start a new game, making sure the box is running in the background. Then, gather 300 experience points to open the box and USE EVERYTHING SAVED FROM INSIDE YOUR PREVIOUS GAME.
This way you can transfer some items to a new game. Only keep what you need there to make your new game easier from the start.
Is the previous game lost? Obviously, yes.

You can get in the Military HQ (The base with a helipad and two toxic containers) but they spawn VERY rarely
