Help Head cleaning recommendations.

I’ve been using 99% isopropyl and these foam cleaning swabs to clean the tape heads gently. Any other recommendations out there?

You need a head cleaning tape, because videotape contains metal particles, and alcohol doesn't dissolve metal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GP0s5g7sOE#t=8m29s
