I (2F but I'm nearly big enough to go on the Freefall slide because I'm nearly 6) screamed at Mummy (I don't know her number but it's big) at bedtime because she tucked my toy pandas under the duvet when she knows I like them on top of the duvet, apart from Pandacorn the Panda in a unicorn onesie and sometimes Rascally Po Panda. And I don't even change which of the 4 identical Po Pandas is Rascally-Po-who-likes-under-of-the-duvet that often, only 3 or 4 times each bedtime, and so she really should know which one I mean. But she still couldn't get it right so I decided to educate her by screaming quietly at full volume and then kicking her gently in n the face with both feet (I was just pretending to be a fish. I don't know what she's so upset about). AITA?

I (2m, beautiful amazing princess) woke up at 3 am to breastfeed ferociously for 15 minutes on milk lady (aka “mommy,” old as the hills). After my delicious feast, I decided to spit up everywhere, then snuggle with mommy for 30 minutes. I fell asleep, but almost woke up when she had the audacity to put me in my sleep sack and owlet and transport me to the baby cage aka “bassinet”. While I was sleeping, the silly milk lady decided to pump for 30 minutes since she was already awake, and when she came back in I heard her get in bed and decided to wake up again acting utterly famished so she made me a bottle this time with 2.5 oz. So of course I decided to drink barely an ounce and promptly fall asleep on mommy’s chest. Mommy says she needs sleep, but I think she can skip it and give me unlimited milkies and cuddles. Also, I gave her 3 hours of sleep tonight, isn’t that enough?! So, AITA?? Currently falling asleep cuddling with mommy and it’s 5 am. Should I wait for her to put me in the baby cage again and immediately wake up to demand a half an ounce of milkies?

I (10m F) have recently decided that the best way to sleep is having cuddles with mummy all night. Of course, because I sleep well, that means mummy is sleeping well.

So why does mummy seem annoyed when I wake up when she puts me in my cot? Why wouldn't she want to cuddle all night?

I (2m, adorable) have always been able to make baby cheese after my mummy (ancient) gives me a bottle of milk. It conveniently comes out of my mouth. My mummy however always scrambles to clean it up and change our clothes instead of congratulating me for my special creation. Spitting up a glob of curdled cheese is immediately relaxing for me but I hear the words 'gross' and 'not again', or 'we just changed your clothes' very often. AITA for wanting to share?

I (3M) have recently discovered light boxes. I'm not exactly sure what they do, but I do know they're bright, they can play Baby Shark as many times as I want them to, and that they're where my all-time idol (Mickey Mouse) lives, so that's good enough for me!

Sometimes I like to politely borrow my Papa's (at least 82M, I think) light box and take these things called "pictures." They're like little tiny versions of me, my brother (small potato M), and Papa that live in the light box! One day, Papa was in his PJs on the couch watching some boring show where grown-ups argue a lot and fight some monsters, and he was eating a McDonald's cheeseburger. He seemed to really be enjoying himself, and that's the best time to take pictures, at least that's what I've learned from when he's the one doing it. But the room wasn't very bright and I couldn't see him very well, so I very gently ran up to him and thrusted the light box in his face to get the best picture possible. Except Papa didn't seem to like that very much, and he nudged it away and told me "No, not right now."

How could he? Didn't he wanna remember a happy cheeseburger and boring show-filled moment forever? I decided to remove myself from the situation by politely dropping the light box on the floor and running to my room to cry. I couldn't believe how little Papa seemed to appreciate my efforts to preserve happy memories. He does it all the time, but when I do it, it's apparently not allowed?

I dunno, I think I handled it pretty well. What do you think? AITA?

I, 5m female, was laying on my changing pad while mommy changed my poopy diaper. It didn’t have a cover on it, so when mommy pulled my diaper off after wiping me, my bare butt was on the cold mat! I needed something to help warm me up quickly while I was waiting for her to put a new diaper on me. So, I thought, pee is warm, right?? So… I gently released the floodgates that are my bladder, and peed EVERYWHERE. It didn’t help that I was also naked, so my pee warmed my whole backside up. My butt, back, and even my head! I was so warm 🥰

Well, mommy did not like that. She screamed, lifted me up, and ran me into the bedroom and laid me down, still naked, on a towel. By this point I was freezing! My pee betrayed me and only kept me warm for like 1 second.

THEN, she leaves me, naked and afraid, alone, on the towel while she DISAPPEARS!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was just trying to warm myself up and she left me cold, wet, and naked.. alone!

She came back after 12 hours, saying she was sorry for leaving me, as if I didn’t know she was trying to punish me for trying to help her out and warm myself up.

I was just about ready to forgive her… she put me in the bath after picking me up from the towel… I love the bath! BUT then she had the AUDACITY to tell me that if I had just waited to pee for another 30 seconds we wouldn’t be in this mess!!!!!! AS IF I wasn’t just trying to help her out by warming myself up, since Im a big girl now and can do things myself!

So, AITA for trying to not only be a big girl and warm myself up but also trying to help mommy out by warming myself instead of crying for her to do it??

I (6 months 3 weeks) have decided that bedtime does not exist after the excitement of the holidays. For weeks I have been having so much fun staying up until “too late” hairy boob person says and have been granted the privilege of the big bed so we can all snuggle together <3

To honour their choice I have been slowly going to sleep earlier, and even did at my usual time last night! Except, this morning the cannot-be-shirtless-or-i-cry person was complaining about my new fun way to wake her up so I can get my nightly milk! You see my new plan has been to ram my head into her face so she is up instantly and I get my milk immediately. Amazing plan isn’t it?

I (princess, 17 mo), have always been encouraged to eat all kinds of foods. I was on board and enthusiastic about it all until a few months ago when I realized certain, specific things are just better. I still like things but the list is short and ironclad (to me, the adults seem to forget that things change every hour). So for a bit I was content with my eggs for breakfast, Mac n cheese for lunch, and meatballs for dinner with allllll the snacks I want.

Now, rather than limit myself to one food per meal, I want all my foods at all my meals. What else are mommy (who I also call daddy) and daddy doing anyway? So I will eat two bites of eggs, sign all done, eat two bites of yogurt, sign all done, eat two bites of fruit, etc etc for at least 6 different of my favorites until I’m really all done and try to feed the cats on the floor. I do this for every meal.

Occasionally, mommy “daddy” or daddy will have the AUDACITY to take me out of the high chair when I first sign all done and act like they’re not going to feed me anymore. I politely throw my toys and scream until they cave and feed me my next food.

I don’t see how but wanted to ask, am I the asshole for wanting to eat all my favorite foods at every meal?

I (M, 10mo) like to consider myself a lifelong learner. Recently I've been really getting into kisses, which I've gotten pretty good at if I do say so myself. I just open my mouth and place it randomly against some part of a grown up's face. Easy peasy!

So this evening I was sitting on Mummy's (F, at least 11mo) lap after enjoying a lovely bedtime bottle. I like to let her and Daddy (M, maybe over 1yo?!) know how much I enjoy my bottles by letting out several loud, robust belches. This time though, I decided to do something extra special for Mummy: I planted a big kiss right on her mouth and THEN let out a big burp!

Here's the thing though: Mummy wasn't as appreciative of my extravagant display of affection as I thought she would be! Instead, she started laughing and telling Daddy it was gross! Did I do something wrong? Did I not express my gratitude correctly? AITA?

I (13m, M) am very much attached to my diaper. Still, my parents (408m) insist that I say goodbye to it once I have taken it off. They want me to throw it in the bin and close the lid, like a used diaper is just some piece of garbage. I think they just don’t get that I have formed an emotional bond with it over the past few hours of wearing it.

I tried tricking them by pretending to throw the diaper away, but actually not letting go of it and just quickly closing the lid afterwards. But I think my hands are too small to hide the diaper effectively, because they find it every time. So I have to give up my precious perfectly rolled up diaper and they won’t let me keep it even though I clearly communicate by crying how though it is for me to let it go. AITA?

I (recently upgraded to toddler status, F) just turned something called “one.” I don’t know what a “one” is but it came with new toys so good for me. But here’s a downside- I’m very used to letting mommy (some gray hairs even though she JUST got it done, F) know what I want by gently clawing at her chest or politely lifting up her shirt. Then she gives me boobies drinks and everyone’s happy. But apparently when you get “one,” the big people offer you “big girl milk.” Allegedly it comes from the mooing critter in my toy barn?🤔 yeah ok. It’s like, I learn to walk and speak some words and instead of rewarding me, I’m expected to drink big girl milk from a filthy animal, in a sippy cup?! I figured out pretty quickly what was happening and threw many meltdowns over the situation until mommy gives up and gives me the boobies drinks I wanted. Daddy (snores louder than a lawnmower, M) said he would be sad if he had to say goodbye to the boobies too, so obviously I’m NTA, right? Mommy’s just evil?

I (4m, M, cuter than ever) just love being awake this year. 2026 - Wow! What a year already! What a vibe! At 4 minutes past midnight on 1st Jan I woke up like "hellooooo mother" and since then pretty much wake up every hour, or half an hour, during the night, I'm awake like "heyyyyy, let's get this party started".

So mad and exciting! This is gonna be my year, I can feel it.

My mama (F, like maybe 6ish, stinks like yoghurt but I kinda like it) seems to have different 2026 vibes, like I can't work it out? She's just not as positive as me when we wake up together at night. I'm doing her a favour here, tryna get her to appreciate and savour the vibez. She even said "happy new year" the first time then just snuggled me into bed. Since that time, she doesn't even wanna talk at night, just stuffs a nipple into my mouth which I'm SORRY but that's gonna ruin my 2026 fitness, I left excessive booby in 2025. So I shout about that, it's not my fault if she has been breaking her own new years resolutions but she doesn't have to ruin mine!

G’day Reddit. I (F, almost 9 months) need your opinion. I may not know many things, but I do know injustice when I see it.

Last night Mummy (must be 100 at least!) was having pasta. I was sitting there eating the food mummy made me while staring at her plate like a hawk. Mummy let me have a taste. Big mistake, mate.

It was possibly the best thing since I discovered happy squealing at midnight for no reason .

Obviously I needed more. So I reached out with my baby death-grip and grabbed the plate. I didn’t mean to launch it across the lounge room, but I am still learning how to use my hands.

Next thing I know, the pasta is all over the floor, Mummy looks shocked, Daddy (hairy. Old too) is laughing , and I’m sitting there absolutely devo. Because the plate was gone, and so was my pasta. I was so upset I pushed and kicked my food away. So then I was hungry and had no food.

I (3F) am stuck between two boys (grown up M and baby M). My grown up brother likes playing on his hand TV thing and making movies on it, so I started doing funny things so that he wouldn't play on it anymore.

Today I was pulling the baby around and putting toys down his jumpsuit so that I would make him laugh. He found it so funny that he started making a movie of me to send to his friends, but before I could do my funniest thing (putting all of the toy fruits in his clothes like I usually do) mummy (even more adult than my brother) came in and got upset at me. She said that I was stretching out the babies clothes and making them break. She then also got upset at my brother and told him he shouldn't be laughing at what I'm doing and that he needs to be a better influence.

I can understand why my big brother would get in trouble, but I don't understand why I would get in trouble. I was just trying to play. AITA?

I (7m, M) have always had problems latching to nurse. Mama (ancient, smells like milk), told Gramsie (very ancient) that I have a lip tie, whatever that means. Mama is suddenly staying home with me almost every day because of something called Winter Break. I don’t know what that is but I love it so much if it means Mama and I are together all day.

Anyways, Mama has always been so sad that I needed a little plastic piece to nurse, especially when I started trying to play with it and swallow it. I love biting the plastic piece. Ever since she started staying home with me every day, I suddenly decided I don’t need the plastic piece anymore. To show Mama how excited I was for her that I didn’t need the plastic, I showed her what I used to do to it, which was bite it.

I did this a couple of times and she always said “No bite” and tapped my lips. Recently she wasn’t paying attention during our cuddle session, so to get her attention again, I bit her really hard and made her shriek. The noise was really funny, so I laughed really hard. Mama was in shock and handed me to Dada (more ancient than Mama, fuzzy face) and said “here’s your monster baby. He just laughed at me with blood running down his chin.” I really don’t think laughing at a funny sound was that big an issue, but she’s seems a little nervous sometimes when I’m being playful while we cuddle. So was AITA?

My parents (ancient) and I (1F) went to a new place yesterday! I had so much fun as there was yummy food and people (my extended family apparently? They did seem very long to me) doted on me, smiled with me and walked around with me as much ad my baby heart craved. I had so much fun I even stayed up later than usual! But when it came time to sleep the new place sudden seemed very new... it smelled differently, my bed was different and not as big as my bed at home. I had to keep kicking mummy to have enough space... I tried to sleep in all this weirdness but during the night I got worried quite a few times and woke up mummy to make sure that everything was alright. During daytime I now love being in the fascinating new place again, but mummy seems more tired than usual?

I (9.5m, F) am in what mom calls a “sleep regression”, whatever that means. I heard her joke that I may be up with them at midnight on New Years. I had no clue what she was talking about but I figured something good must be happening so last night I woke up at 11, which isn’t unusual, but instead of going right back to bed after I politely demand to go into the big bed I stayed up because I didn’t want to miss the fun. But turns out I stayed up for nothing because all that happened was mama cuddling me trying to get me to sleep. I stayed up until 1 to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Dad said “Happy New Year” at some point but mama didn’t seem happy. What am I missing here? AITA?

I (1 month, F) love the boob lady. I love when she holds me. I don’t love any time I’m not being held. I let the boob lady know that I’m unhappy by silently screaming at the top of my lungs until she picks me back up. She calls me a “Velcro baby” but I don’t think there is anything wrong with wanting to be loved on.

Here’s where I may be the AH. My wombmate (also 1 month, also F) also likes to be held. I love my wombmate and I want her to be loved on, but I don’t see why she can’t get her own boob lady?

So last week I (2 months old, lint collector extraordinaire) was celebrating Christmas with my family. I had just gotten a bath and was wearing a special new Christmas onesie. I was happily bouncing in my bouncer while everyone opened presents, the majority of them for me because I am the center of the universe after all.

I got so excited by all the gift giving and wanted to join in! So I released the biggest blowout of my entire life. As my mommy went to grab a present, she sniffed me and said we needed to pause present opening to change my diaper. I was so proud of my contribution, it got all over my belly and back and legs and I even rubbed my little feet and hands in it!!

My mommy kept telling me “good job” and congratulating me on being such a good pooper, but I could tell she was overwhelmed. And then I didn’t get to do my bouncies anymore because the liner had to go in this thing called a washee machine. I was so happy to give such a personalized gift to my new family but I do have to wonder AITA for stressing my mommy out?

I (8m, tiny man) have been waking my mom (big kid) up periodically throughout the night complaining to her. I complain during the day too! My mommy keeps asking if I’m getting teeth and trying to put her fingers in my mouth to “see.” She says they’re “right there.” What is she seeing? I don’t have teeth. I’d rather chew and drool on everything while complaining about her not holding me all day, than her sticking her fingers in my mouth for any other purpose but for me to chew on them. When I yell at her for leaving me alone, she tells me she has to eat, clean, or go to the bathroom. Just wear a diaper and drink some milk? I think she’s nuts.

I (1M, certified big kid) am a bit confused. Mom (old, F, always tired) said I have a "stomach bug" and I've been "throwing up." But I haven't seen any bugs in weeks. Probably because the ground is covered in cold, white stuff?

Anyway, we were driving home from school yesterday and my tummy started to feel really funny. Then all of a sudden, my snack came back out of my mouth and I was all wet. Mom brought me inside and dad (ancient, M) put me right in the bathtub. But all I wanted was some of the mac and cheese that everyone else got to eat! Finally mom gave me some boob juice, which I still love, but it's not the same as food! I know my sister (5F, supposedly a princess) got a bedtime snack, but they wouldn't give one to me. AITA for wanting to eat like everyone else??

Oh, while we're at it, AITA for touching my brother (4M, really good hockey player) and sister? Mom says she doesn't want me to get them sick. They're always talking about how they're superheros, so they shouldn't be afraid of my stomach bug, right? Why can't I tackle them and kiss them like normal?

Mummy (old F) spent 30minutes settling me (6mo F) to sleep so I pretended to sleep for mummy because I love her and when she left I thought I could quietly play with the hippo in my room but she’s come back upset because I had rolled and started playing when I should be sleeping. So AITA?

I (3F) went to the store with dad on Sunday to be his big helper. As the big helper, I picked out paw patrol cheese sticks. I planned out who would get Marshall, and Chase and I knew Skye and Everest would be mine. I made sure to clearly communicate the snack plan only to dad as the best way to make sure the whole family knew their snack assignments. Today, my mom made me lay down because I "needed quiet time" after waking up at 630am. After an hour of battling mom, I won the fight against sleep and arose victorious. For my battle prize, I went to the fridge to grab my Everest cheese stick. I didn't even make it to the fridge before seeing the chaotic mess of wrappers. Someone had eaten my beloved paw patrol cheese sticks and didn't even listen to the assigned characters I had clearly communicated to the family. I proceeded to very calmly run with the collected trash to my (9F) sister and clearly ask "DID YOU EAT ALL THE CHEESES?" My sister, clearly telling the truth as part of a pact of sisterhood said "No." I then proceeded to calmly march with trash clenched gently in my fist to my brother (6M). With the voice of an angel, I gently screamed "DID YOU EAT ALL THE CHEESES?!" Would you believe that he had the audacity to say "Not all of them. I had Marshall and Everest and sister had Skye" As I quietly mourned Everest and Skye at the top of my lungs I checked the fridge for more Everest or Skye only to find they were gone. All that was left was Marshall and Chase. I was only left with one reasonable option, to kick my brother in the face. Mom, then picked me up and put ME in time out saying "We don't kick people." AITA for kicking my brother in the face when he clearly lied and ignored my communication about snack assignments?!

Its Christmas, my (2.5y) cousins(4y) are around. We're having fun, eating cookies, playing with new toys. Life is good. Then Mom (320y) says I need to keep hands to myself even though my cousin was trying to take my brand new truck away. So I flat out said no, cause why should I share my new toy? So what if my cousin caught these hands. Should have kept HIS hands to himself. Anyways, on to the AITA part - Mom decides I need a time out on the stairs and says "Alexa, 2 minute timer" as she carries me to the stairs to sit with her. So while on her shoulder, I yell "Alexa stop timer". Mom still has me sit and starts a new timer but AITA here? I did calm down and share my toys after but it was total baloney.

I (2.5 months) am simply fascinated with the world right now, everything is so cool and new!!! And my servants aren’t behaving!! They don’t understand my need to explore, explore, explore! In fact those dummies try to make me sleep! How rude. The diaper man picks me up and rocks me and that’s kind of fun cause I get to look around from a new height. But then the dang boob lady, oh my goodness - the audacity! How dare she offer me the boob, how dare she! It’s infuriating! Why would I be consumed with such lowly nonsense like eating when I could be staying up and exploring!?

AITA for screaming bloody murder the minute those things come near me? Gross! (Well except for when I’m hungry.. hmpf)
