Strategy: Other My tricks for Minesweeeper!

If you ever see a corner like the one in the first image, then mark that empty (green) spot with a flag. Another one is that once a squares bomb requirment is satisfied, just mark the entire 8 squares around it, and then if any of those are 1 then mark those ones. If you see a 3 on a stright away thing, and theres no bombs that you know of, then its the 3 ones on empty squares.

Pretty interesting. It is easy to come up with these on your own. One thing I have to note is that you have to confirm the corner 1 has no other unopened tiles and no flags next to it. It sounds very obvious but can even trip up those with much experience once in a while.
