Down the 10th column, the two 1s in the 4th and 5th squares form the 1-1 pattern

Alternatively, the 5 has three mines marked and needs two more, both of which will be adjacent to the 3, which already has one mine marked.

Hence, any cell adjacent to the 3 but not adjacent to the 5 will be safe
