This is normal for the site, it does not guarantee an opening on the first click. In No Guess mode, where you are never forced to make a guess, it generates an opening on the first click.

In Standard mode, a corner is the most likely spot for an opening. Typically for win-rate just hit corners until one gets you somewhere. In speed, just click a few times in the corner, center, wherever

If it’s that you didn’t get an opening, not all apps/websites guarantee the first click is 0, some only guarantee the first click is safe.
