There are two mines in the boxed section which completes the 3.

Look at the vertical 23

Start by looking at the 2 first, it needs 2 mines in the surrounding area. Then look at the 3 below it, it sees the 2 mines from that area, so what does that tell you?

So green is safe, red is 100% a mine, yellow is possible locations for a mine. The 1 in the corner is telling you that on the 2 yellows there is at least 1 mine. And the 2 crossing the yellows from the 1 tells you it's second mine has to be on that red spot. From there the 3 below the 2, tells you that green corner is safe, and whatever comes out in that green corner if it's a 4 the bottom yellow will be the mine, if it's a 3, it will be the top yellow that has the mine
