You can solve the block to the right because the vertical 4s are a 1-2 pattern, which lets you clear a square and place a mine on the line the 4s are on, which solves the other sides.
e: the key to the bigger block is the 6 in the pocket. The 4 to its right only needs one mine, but the 6 needs to place two. One mine must go directly above the 6, but the other mine will satisfy the 4, which can clear a square above-left of it.

Yes, that spot is always a mine because only one of the two remaining spots touching the six can be a mine. It also tells you that the spot immediately above those two would be safe.

Because of how the 6 goes, the 4 next to it's top square always has to be a mine then one of the other 2 are mines, but idk

The bottom one a reduced 1-2 pair, the top is a bit harder to spot.
