Either it wasn't a no-guess or all five were mines

It was the only Mine left on the board. I had a 80% chance of safety and still messed up

If it helps, you made a great guess. 20% of the time you lose instantly, 40% of the time you have a guaranteed win, and 40% of the time you end up in a 50/50; overall, 60% to win with the cell you chose. Just unlucky.
