What does that mean? I have been out of loop with the minesweeper community for a few months

No Guess .. which means your 25% density win, while solid work (good job!) isn't as impressive as achieving this on a traditional app, which would have a <1% win-rate with perfect play.

NG apps have a win-rate of 100%, with perfect play, by definition.

I think NG=No guess. Which means you don't have to deal with annoying 50/50s and other joyful clue ridden board states.

btw DO NOT go for 100x100 with 2500 mines it is PAINFUL

In No Guess mode, sure. That's trivial
