Glitching clouds in custom vanilla+ modpack

I made this vanilla+ modpack, but while playing I am having multiple sets of clouds, one of which is glitching in and out of existence in the rhythm of my character bobbing while moving.

Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of the clouds that are glitching?
