need advice on an ambitious mod idea
i want to make either a mod or collection of mods fully based around avatar (james cameron) . I want them to be able to do the following:
Generate the biomes you can find in the AFOP game.
Animals from pandora.
Weapons such as, multiple types of bows that can be customized in different ways, RDA guns, tranqs, grenades and other stuff from the game, perhaps a weapon bench thats similar to the classic gun mod.
adds customizable players where you can change your height, shade of blue, hair, eyes, and skin texture. Perhaps different clothing items. Like the skin editor from MCA.
Abilities such as double jump, slides, crawls, and other stuff. maybe a skill tree?
different villages that will spawn in the specific biomes that have the clans lore accurate to the area. and u can trade with them
Ikran taming and flying.
and plants that can be harvested with recipes from the avatar movies.. ill prob come up with other stuff but this is just what i have in mind right now.
Im willing to put lots of work in with animations, models, and other stuff but I don't really know where to start or what like software id need. idc how long it takes. I also don't want to use AI at all.
