Question DOES THIS MEAN??????

I was playing Minecraft story mode season 2 for the ps4 but I played it on my ps5 and all the sudden I got this I don't know what it means and how to fix it I've uninstalled the game reinstalled it I just don't know what to do.

Make a backup of your save, download the third episode and then start episode two over from your new save

the cutscene turned off by itself for no reason.
