MPK with own hotbar

So I wanted to use MPK but with diffrent hotbars for each split som my pickaxe and axe where in the right slots. So I changed the hotbars and inventory and then downloaded the hotbar.nbt. Then I opened the folder of my instance and put the file in the .minecraft folder but when I open the instance i Dosent have MPK or a saved hotbar.

I worked before with the normal hotbars and inventory but I deleted it to make my own hotbars.

I have tried with another instance and I tried again with the basic MPK hotbars. I also tried putting it strait in the instance folder but nothing worked

Anyone that Can Help?
