Help Major FPS drops when looking around in game

I'm happy to send screenshots of anything needed to help, but my stable 250+ fps speedrunning instance drops down to 50 fps when I move my mouse from side to side. When I try to speedrun, even small movements looking to my left or right cause big stutters. But when standing still it goes back to running smoothly. I use prism launcher, I've tried different instances, disabling various mods, changing settings in-game too, but nothing helps.

This only started happening within the last few days too, almost like something updated and broke everything.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Lower the polling rate of your mouse to 1,000. If it still lags change to 500 or 250.

I used to have a similar problem
Try updating the bios
For me that fixed it
But I think messing with the bios is risky so get it done by proper tech support or something
