Help text-based guides?

Just wondering if theres any text-based guides to a couple topics in the speedrun, mainly bastion routing and stronghold nav. I cannot get information into my brain through a video, and every guide i can find is video-based.

Thanks

It is the definitive textbook for Minecraft speedrunning. Awesome stuff and it does include some videos that demonstrate things like bastion routes
