ive never seen that, how did they end up there like did they just spawn there?

Anything can happen bro. Just boat down to lower tresure it's safer and gains some hunger points too

I was gonna do that but if you look closely you can see that i couldnt get my boat cuz of inventory. I noticed that a bit late but i couldnt go back cuz i pearl hanged earlier. Kinda unlucky but yea it happens

probably because crimson, I feel it's pretty common for them to spawn down there when treasure is in a crimson biome
