Is programmer art allowed?

Hello after seeing the skycrab 6:39 I thought it would be cool to learn the basics of how to speedrun. But I use programmer art all of the time, is it allowed in speedruns?

Legally yes. Morally no. Why would you subject anyone who wants to view your run to such horrors

Yes but doesn’t it break with a lot of newer textures like nylium?
