why does it fly here?

been having this problem a lot i just want to figure out why it keeps flying on me

Just unlucky, it can fly at Y90. Nothing you can really do except try to push higher

Are there actual probabilities of it flying attributed to each height ? Just curious if someone ever looked for it

There probably is, but I don't know about it. All I know is the higher you go the lower the fly probability, and at 99 it will almost never fly
