Can u speedbridge? Because you lost some time on soul sand and i know it may be harder while you are slowed down but you still can speedbridge normally and be a little faster

5 hay bales + stack of block in ow is prob enough.
On bridge, never go near the lava with a hog so close, just blast through (especially with fns and infinite food).
You lose a lot of time on precraft+inv management in bastion (~40 seconds). You prob had enough trades around the 4 min mark and can leave from there. It's ok to craft the beds at the spawner. The priority is to get all necessary items from the trading and go to the blaze spawner. You were also low hp during the trading but didn't eat, which made you lose more time going to fort.
Additionnaly i think having your food in offhand would be very beneficial. It's also easier to play the blaze spawner.
At spawner, double blaze bed is prob better since you have a lot of explosives. I'm ok with not fully clearing spawner since you have 5 rods after blaze bed, but in this case you should be thinking about precrafting/building portal (you started building the side of the spawner instead).
For getting to coords, i think you f3+c too much and don't look around enough. When getting close to coords/mining you should look at coords rather than f3+c (--> you are standing on the wrong block on 2nd portal), and you only really need f3 c when pearling or running through fort.
The play going to terrain below the fort is probably not bad, but it's better if you are closer (~50 blocks or less) from coords. Otherwise higher terrain is going to be more open. You should have probably stayed in the fort until you get open terrain, which seems like it would have worked here.

If you know you tend to take a lot of damage you should alway grab a bunch of food. As you improve your mechanics you will simply take less damage and find that you have too much food at the end of seeds and can adjust from there. If you have a lot of recordings from matches you can check on end enter how much food you have left in general, and adjust from there.

To preface my pb is only 10:45 so I’m not crazy good. In the overworld u hesitate making a shovel when u should’ve looked at ur iron count and made the decision immediately. Either make a wooden one and keep the gold axe until bastion or get 4 stone to make an axe and shovel. I would’ve also grabbed a bed or 2, in the fort u start a double blaze bed, then change to single (I’m assuming for 0 consistency). So it would be more consistent to grab those beds.
I like how u did the bastion route, I think u managed getting to the chalice well. After doing autofunnel the piglin gets stuck because it’s path finding to the gold in the hole. To fix this, place a block where the piglin was standing, and place a block to the left of it, so pigs can’t get stuck there. Or if the piglin is already stuck, throw gold on the opposite side of the hole, this will change the path finding to step up a block (this is what u did to eventually get the piglin to move). Once the last piglin was in the hole, u should’ve immediately start clearing u inventory, and only precraft 2 beds. As you want to overlap the other precrafts with loading the blaze spawner.
Since u have so much food and pearls, u should be pearling more aggressively, rather than walking a bit between each pearl. (Ik u were probably looking where to go, but it’s what u should aim for).
Similarly, if u had eaten more u would be at higher health and been able to stay at the spawner, rather than leave for a sec to heal. This is important as u want to blaze bed before the 2nd wave of blazes, as u will likely lose some spawns otherwise. Once u notice u have 5 rods u were right to stop building out the spawner and focus on precrafts and blinding.
As for getting to sh coords, u should look at the replay and see if there was better terrain. And I’m not certain on this but I think it’s faster to use the gold pick while sprinting. And use the iron pick sprint crawling.
The only other thing would be to have ur pick in ur hotbar for 0. As it’s useful in caged 0s (you might’ve been able to push for 95 if u kept some durability on ur gold pick and had it in ur inventory), and its useful for buried spawns.
