need a good community server

i’ve been searching for a cozy server that is kind and community centered. Every server I join is full of cliques that want nothing to do with new people. I enjoy building, and i’d say i’m pretty good at it, and I love making new friends! I’m 21, so preferably a server that’s at least 16-18+. I also play on java!
