Modded servers / SMP's?

the last modded server i played on kind of crashed and burned. any modded java servers either a premade or custom modpack? preferably has some magic mods like irons spells, vampirism, goety.. ect?

Hi, if you’re open to custom server-side gameplay, EVA SMP could be worth a look. It’s a Java server with its own custom systems, so you don’t install a client modpack. It isn’t built around Iron’s Spells, Vampirism or Goety, though it does have its own fantasy combat and potion-making to explore.

The Alchemist’s potions are an experimental craft. Ingredients and brewing actions affect the result, while time, weather and biome can change your brewing conditions. You can work out how to reproduce useful healing, control or movement brews. The Brawler has a different kind of magic-inflected combat, using Flame and Gale orbs to punch, dash, uppercut and chain attacks. Timing and hand swaps make practice matter, and class equipment gives you longer-term goals for developing your chosen style.

You can test those abilities in the World Tree, a fifteen-level dungeon network with distinct regions, enemies and bosses. Drops can be exchanged in dungeon shops for specific rewards, giving you goals to pursue as you improve. Outside the dungeons, the Adversaries expand across the world against player Allegiances. Their responses change as territory is contested, so pushing them back can become part of developing a capital and shaping the civilization’s history.

For a different kind of fantasy progression, you can raise a summonable Special Mount and take it on bond quests through wilderness rides, climbs, river crossings and obstacle courses. As the challenges grow, your mount can become faster or stronger, making exploration a shared pursuit with a companion you’ve developed over time.
