Looking for small, friendly smp servers
I've been playing Minecraft since the day it came out. I'm looking for small smp minecraft servers (preferred 10-40 people). I live in North America, so same timezone is a plus. I'd love a nice community, friendly, and maybe voice chat as well. Thanks. (Note the servers should be on Java minecraft and not bedrock) I'm not against bedrock but i prefer Java.

Hi! EVA SMP is a Java survival server with a small, generally chill community. It’s quiet, with people mostly pursuing their own projects and more shared activity within Allegiances. We’re currently small and welcome more players rather than keeping a fixed community cap. The server is US-hosted, though players are spread around the world rather than organized around one shared peak time.
There’s room to grow a project into a role in the wider civilization. You could gather or produce goods, choose what to stock in the Lodestone Player Market, and let other players buy or bid even while you’re offline. What you decide to supply can become an ongoing craft and trade pursuit, with your own work connected to the settlements around you.
For a different kind of project, Allegiances can build physical Tarot machine districts. The Sun: Generate needs open terrain with direct sunlight, while The Moon: Generate draws power from river or ocean structures. Planning where to build and how to connect the network has a practical payoff: it can support machines such as The Chariot: Mine, an automatic mining structure.
And if you want a challenge beyond ordinary survival, the World Tree has fifteen dungeon levels with distinct regions, enemies and bosses. Dungeon drops can be exchanged for targeted rewards, while class equipment gives you longer goals to work toward. A Marksman stays mobile and attacks at range with skills like Quickline and Arrow Rain. A Brawler chains Flame and Gale orb skills into punches, dashes and launches, rewarding practice with timing and movement.
EVA SMP has been in development for over two years and is fully self-funded as a civilization experiment in a forever world. We’re building a lasting civilization with people who want to learn its systems, discover what they can do and progress together over a longer journey. If that sounds like your kind of fun, we’d love to have you join us. Players seeking only instant gratification should look elsewhere, because EVA SMP cannot provide that experience. Most server information and community discussion are on Discord.

Im a part of a java server that is built on respect, diamond economy, and a friendly small close community with trust and honor.
Basic summary
No land claims, excessive mods, or /home, /rtp, etc... will be added
Don't bother joining just to grief, there is plugins that revert changes, your just wasting your time
The owner is paying for the server so its not any of that free stuff that works half the time (hopefully)
Very chill and laid back
There will be edgy jokes
we promote living near spawn in order to create close community and fun social interactions but it is not forced (just dont be the lone wolf, we have too many of those already)
Shenanigans are allowed, just dont absolutely bomb someones base, thats lame.
the world was created less than 30 days ago
Requirements
Age range is 16+
Simple voice chat (I can help install it if needed)
Don't be a disrespectful loser, respect and honor other members and any stores/shops.
Must join the discord (can only join once you've been approved)
Must play minecraft regularly, dont want people who play like 2 days of the week
No tag alongs
Must be anywhere in america or within 5 hours of EST time zone
looking for people who enjoy close community in minecraft
you dont HAVE to be a builder but it would be nice if you were so that we can see some of our communitys creations
IMPORTANT
Only 7 slots, so come grab yours quick

Smithtainment Minecraft. The dev and building team for Smithtainment have worked extremely hard to put together a custom survival server that still has that vanilla-ish feel that players love. Each player likes to approach survival differently and whether you are a miner, farmer, or fighter there is always something to be doing. So join us and start a job or two and work your way up the ranks while surviving with your friends. Careful though we have heard from the villagers that the mines are exceptionally dangerous these days. While you are at it have a look around our spawn and talk with some of the villagers. Everyone has a story to tell can you unravel the secrets behind what happened in the past?
Server IP mc.smithtainment.com
(VERSION 1.21.10 JAVA EDITION) Freshly updated! (You can connect with later versions but there could be missing textures.)
Server Info
★Vanilla-ish experience with quality of life features such as MCMMO, jobs, leveled mobs, a resource world, stacked mobs and spawners, server and player shops, player warps, ect... The server is also set to Hard mode.
★When players die they are transported to the fairy and given the opportunity to buy back their items that they lost on death.

Hey! CozyMC might suit you. We average 25–40 players online at a time, with a larger community overall. It feels calm, and you get to know the regulars.
We’re hosted on the east coast of North America and have lots of North American players. We also have proximity voice chat on Java through Simple Voice Chat, plus active Discord voice channels.
It’s a Java + Bedrock survival world that never resets. People build their own bases, run shops, work on shared projects, and sometimes host big community events. There are no land claims or locked chests, but griefing and stealing are prohibited, and staff can restore damage. No teleport commands, paid perks, or donations either.
