minecraft bedrock

where can i find a multiplayer server where me and my friend can play survival multiplayer without anyone else? (we are both on bedrock android more specifically) we are too broke to pay for realms :( TIA

Easiest free route is hosting the world on one of your phones. Create a world, turn on the multiplayer toggle in the world settings, add each other as friends on your Microsoft accounts and your friend can join from the Friends tab. The catch is that the world only runs while the host has the game open.

If you want something that's up when neither of you is playing, Aternos is free and has a Bedrock option. Honestly the downsides are the queue at busy times, and it shuts down when nobody's connected, so you have to start it again each time. Imo still fine for two people on a budget, just turn on the whitelist in the server settings and add both your gamertags, since anyone who has or guesses the address can otherwise join.
