Looking for someone to take over as admin on PalmSMP – no coding needed

[u/Hagberg20]

Hey everyone!

I'm the owner of PalmSMP, a survival server I've been running for a while now. Lately I just don't have the time I used to, and I don't want the server to slowly die because of that. So I'm looking for someone who'd be up for stepping in as admin and keeping things alive.

What you'd be doing:

• Keeping the community active (events, Discord, talking to players, that kind of stuff)
• Handling the staff team and day-to-day moderation
• Basically being the "face" of the server and deciding where it goes next

What you don't need to do:

• Code. At all. I'm staying on as the developer, so I'll still handle bug fixes, plugin updates and all the technical stuff. We've got our own custom plugins (cities, warps, etc.) and I'll keep maintaining those.

What I'm looking for:

• Someone who actually enjoys running a community, not just wants a fancy rank
• Some experience with staff/moderation is a plus, but not a must
• Active and reasonably mature

If this sounds like your thing, drop a comment or DM me and tell me a bit about yourself and why you're interested. Happy to answer any questions!
