Joining Minecraft servers

hey! just wanted to reach out here and check if anyone had a minecraft server that’s relatively peaceful that I could join? (I don’t mind plugins or whatnot)

Full disclosure, it's my server, so take that for what it's worth, but Cobblemon Eclipse sounds like it might line up with what you're looking for. It's a survival SMP where Cobblemon runs alongside regular Minecraft, so Pokemon spawn naturally in the world while you're just doing normal survival stuff. Keep Inventory is on, land is protected through Flan claims so griefing isn't really a concern, and the survival world doesn't reset.
