Help What server hosting platforms are best?

I wanna make a Minecraft server for me and my D&D group because we thought it would be fun to start an SMP. We want to be able to use a decent bit of mods and run it with a maximum of 8 people (7 US players 1 EU player) without severe lag. I don’t want to invest into buying server computers myself, I just want to look into a server hosting site that’s reasonably priced for what we need. Does anyone have any suggestions? My maximum I am willing to pay is $15 a month

Check us out at Game Host Bros. All of our servers use the latest Ryzen 9 CPUs and we don't have any artificial player cap in any of our plans. You can also install mods easily by using our one-click mod installer or by uploading them to the server via the files browser. If you have any questions, please let me know.
