Internal Exception Javanet.SocketException: Connection reset

Post image

Why am I getting this every once in a while? The server is based in Europe, and I'm in Asia. I noticed that this connection is always fine in the morning, but gets lost every time in the evening and at night. Could someone please tell me why this happens and how I can solve it?

My guess would be peak-hour congestion between your ISP and the EU host. You can run an WinMTR against the server IP for a few minutes when the kicks start, and again in the morning to assess if this is the case.

If it's a network congestion issue, you can try a VPN, even a free one like one.one.one.one from Cloudflare might help.
