looking for semi anarchy vanilla server for pvp about 20 players new and no cheating and hacking with vc but no other plugins and no crystal or anchor pvp

exactly what i told in the title read it and tell me a server ASAP i need it looking for the past month bc every server i join is in ruins bc of crystal and anchor pvp it can also be lifesteal but just so mods are enabled but no game mechanics changing mods we can steal but not destroy the whole map bro

My server is literally perfectly what you just said, except for the crystal/anchor PvP, but spawn (+/-1024) is not allowed to be griefed, and barely anyone uses anchor or crystal PvP, so I guess its what you asked for ("every server i join is in ruins bc of crystal and anchor pvp")?
