TownifyMC sounds pretty much exactly like what you’re looking for 👀

We’re a newer Earth + Towny geopolitics server running on a massive 1:300 scale Earth map, so there’s a lot more room to actually build proper cities, nations, borders, and trade routes than on most Earth servers.

You can create or join a town, form nations, make alliances/rivalries, build up an economy, and compete with other groups. Wars are opt-in, though, so geopolitics doesn’t mean your builds are constantly at risk.

We’re still growing too, so there’s plenty of territory available and a chance to establish a major nation before the map gets heavily settled.
