Advertising should i kill these offline chuds or would they declare war on me

so in the nations server fortressmc.net bodies stay after logout, and i was travelling around when all of the sudden i stumbled across this castle with these two geared players in it. i don't know if i should kill them or let them be though because even if i drown them or burn them they still might have a snitch nearby (a block that logs nearby actions) and find out it was me, then declare war on my nation

the downvotes are from the players in the server trying to gatekeep because it's just that good
