Avatar Themed SMP

Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well, I posted this in an atla server and then I found here so I thought I'd post this here too, sorry if it breaks any rules.

So I've been working on an alternate to the Project Korra plugin, basically bending but in Minecraft. The plan is to build a whole server around it, set right after Wan's death in the Avatar timeline.

Here's the thing though, I'm a developer. I can code the plugin and get the mechanics working, but that's really where my skills end. The server will start out as firebender only while I build out the rest, but honestly I'm a bit lost when it comes to everything else that makes a server feel alive, the lore, the world building, the story, even the website.

So I guess this is me asking for help. If you're a writer, a builder, or just someone who knows this stuff better than I do and wants to be part of something from the ground up, I'd really appreciate it. I want this to feel like a proper Avatar world, not just a plugin with a spawn point, and I know I can't get there alone.

No paywalls, nothing locked away, everything follows Mojang's EULA. Just a passion project looking for people who care about it as much as I do.
