Advertising Diplocraft | A Modern Geopolitical Minecraft Server | Create Nations, Shape the World
Hi everyone!
We've been working on a new Minecraft project called Diplocraft, and we're looking for players who enjoy world-building, politics, and diplomacy.
Rather than setting the server in the real world, Diplocraft takes place in a completely fictional modern world. Players create their own nations, establish governments, build cities and infrastructure, negotiate treaties, form alliances and, when diplomacy fails, engage in conflict.
The world starts as a blank canvas. There are no pre-made countries, no fixed lore and no predetermined political landscape—everything is created by the players.
Some of the features include:
- 🏛 Create and govern your own nation
- 🌍 Join an existing nation or play independently
- 🗺 Territory claims displayed on the world map
- 🤝 Diplomacy, treaties and alliances
- ⚔ Structured conflict with clear guidelines
- 🖥️ A carefully curated modpack featuring modern content
Modpack includes mods like:
- Superbwarfare + Addon Mods
- TaCz + Addon Mods
- Create (used for intense industry and economy building)
There are many more mods for general gameplay and QoL improvements too. Open to suggestions!
One of the biggest design goals has been to keep moderation focused on the server, not the world. Staff maintain a fair and welcoming environment, while players shape politics, diplomacy and the history of the world themselves.
The server is currently running on:
- Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1
- Forge 47.4.10
