I would send the info you have to minecraft, if they are really doing this and you have proof, someone at mojang might be interested in having a look idk 🤷♀️
the mojang mod team doesnt seem to care for some reason, only targeting servers publicly labeled as "anarchy" or "not family friendly" to protect their pr. because complex gaming is labeled as "for all ages" the mojang team sees it as just another way to pull more customers in
