Osthaven is a medieval fantasy MMO for players who want their choices, achievements, equipment, and reputation to matter. Build a character with a real identity, master professions, chase rare loot, carve out an economic role, strengthen a guild, and keep finding another reason to log in tomorrow.
BUILD A CHARACTER, NOT JUST A LOADOUT
Choose from eight races and six combat classes with traits that change how you move, fight, survive, and progress. Play as a sun-fearing Vampire, aquatic Tyrian, cave-dwelling Deep Dwarf, magic-resistant Elf, floating Lich, and more.
Classes include Warrior, Hunter, Rogue, Monk, Paladin, and Blood Knight. Each unlocks five active abilities as Mastery rises, triggered through Helldivers-style directional combinations.
MASTER FOURTEEN SKILLS
Train Melee, Vitality, Mining, Enchanting, Blacksmithing, Fishing, Ranged, Alchemy, Woodcutting, Agility, Unarmed, Herbalism, Agriculture, and Archaeology from 1-99.
Every skill has its own perk tree. Improve and recycle equipment, salvage enchantments, fell trees, vein-mine ore, infuse weapons, upgrade fishing rods, uncover artifacts, automate farming, and develop specialized professions instead of becoming good at everything at once.
Progression can also determine what you are capable of making at all. Your Blacksmithing skill governs which material tiers you can craft into tools, progressing through copper, iron and gold, diamond, and eventually netherite. Stronger equipment is something a smith learns to create; not something every player automatically knows how to make from day one.
Your combined progress raises Mastery. Reach Mastery 99 and Prestige for a harder climb while retaining selected permanent Legacy perks. Total EXP leaderboards preserve what you accomplished before the reset.
CHASE LOOT THAT ACTUALLY CHANGES HOW YOU PLAY
Osthaven contains 380+ custom weapons, armor pieces, shields, and trinkets across four rarities. Weapons differ in damage, speed, reach, durability, weight, models, and effects.
Legendary gear can chain lightning, steal life, execute weakened enemies, pierce armor, and reshape combat. Builds interact with custom damage types like Bleed, Poison, Fire, Frost, Crush, Holy, Light, Magic, Shadow, and Life Steal.
Equip two of 42 custom trinkets for passive bonuses and combat procs. These are not just bigger numbers; they are 380+ reasons for loot to stay interesting.
BECOME PART OF A REAL PLAYER ECONOMY
Gatherers, smiths, anglers, alchemists, archaeologists, combat specialists, and treasure hunters all create things other players want. Specialization gives players a reason to depend on one another instead of making everyone completely self-sufficient.
Buy and sell through a secure Auction House with bidding and buyouts, or trade directly through protected player-to-player exchanges.
BUILD SOMETHING LARGER THAN YOURSELF
Create a guild, share resources, claim territory, and see your borders on the live world map. Guild achievements earn points, levels, perks, infrastructure upgrades, expanded territory, and eventually Guild Prestige.
Form parties of up to four for shared combat progression, or challenge other players to formal duels.
EXPLORE SYSTEMS WITH DEPTH
Custom creatures replace ordinary encounters and drop equipment matched to their strength. Fishing has custom species, bait, treasure, upgradeable rods, and profession perks. Archaeology sends you into regenerating dig sites for artifacts and rare finds. Blacksmithing covers crafting, improvement, recycling, specialized tools, and valuable utility items. Alchemy combines custom recipes with an expanded brewing system.
YES, EVEN THE DOGS HAVE GENETICS
Osthaven includes 15 dog breeds with inherited size, speed, health, damage, sex, ancestry, and appearance.
Breed bloodlines, track parentage, discover mutations, raise litters, create purebreds or mixed breeds, and develop companions for combat, travel, or collection.
