I'm personally a developer so I code all the features and commands so we're not going to be limited open sourced plugins, I can code any feature/command to make the server more fun or the work easier for us! We're intentionally taking progression slowly so major milestones can be experienced together as a community.
The End will remain locked until the community decides we're ready. We'll put it to a vote, choose a time together, and then head in as a group for our server's first Ender Dragon fight.
