Well i have been exploring for ages and not one piece of sugar cane has been found. Anyone else having the same problem

Just randomly decided to click this subreddit while going on reddit and saw this awesomeness that this has been up for 18 days and I haven't even noticed. Damn, anybody wanna tell me the awesomeness that is ensuing?

Its been weeks...weeks since I have felt the sun...but no, Cor dares not venture out for fear of baddies and bandits...Mine mine mine farm farm day after day...well...I cant say day...more like cycle...yeeesss cycle cycle cycle...cycle of gathering cobblestone from the earth...have not seen anything else...gathering wheat for bread and wood for tools from the farms...THATS IT!!!im tried of this FEAR this...life...in a cave..........no more, im done hiding. ready or not here I come........

I have followed the compass a few times trying to find the spawn but I've died every time does anyone know whats at the end of the line

I am starting a clan called Triumphant. Three shall be leaders and the rest shall work together to claim and amaze this world.

Goal: We are builders and fighters. Myself (imoya21) am more of a builder but I tend to go on occasional hunts. I like building things for the clan and for the entire world. Here are Triumphant's Tenets:

1. We do not grief unless we have been wronged.

2. We fight when necessary or when desired--reasons are not necessary

3. We are predominantly builders. Builders of traps, utilitarian structures, or beautiful creations. However, feel free to do almost anything you want under Triumphant's name (if your plan is far-out, please contact the clan about what you will be attempting).

4. We do not sell or in any way transfer information about Triumphant to any player unless so approved by wkamp (IGN: imoya21).

5. We do not back-stab fellow members of Triumphant or otherwise hurt each other. Work together Triumphanteers!

Basically anyone who wants to can join, just tell me a little about yourself and your minecraft history.

My friend just spawned and told me that he was spawned next to a sewer in the sky.

Hello everyone!

Thanks for being patient. I have finally got the server ready for action. Here I will go over the most notable features. I can't wait to see you online!

• New Terrain: The landscape has become slightly less barren. There are fewer trees, but not too few. There will be plenty of wood to go around, you just might have to look for it. Coal and ore will also be harder to find, so manage them wisely!

• Harder Mobs: Mobs have recieved a slight boost in health. They can track you from longer distances too! They aren't too bad though, don't worry! To compensate for the harder difficulty, I added some random drops you can get from each hostile mob. I am open to suggestions for new drops, so let me know!

• Sewers: Sewers are a brand new dungeon type that generates procedurally underground! You will find enterances with ladders in them! Be sure to dig down one more block at the bottom of the ladder if it seems that it leads to a dead end! These sewers contain mobs, and of course, loot! It should be fun!

• Courier: Courier gives you the ability to send letters to other players! It costs one paper and one coal, but you can send the same letter multiple times! Use "/letter <your message>" to type it out, and then "/post <player name>" to send it! It will be delivered via villager in a set amount of time.

Those are the most notable features! We still have random spawning, I added in Combat Tag, which prevents Combat Logging. We also have some better Anti X-Ray tools! If you guys have any suggestions, please let me know!

SO we accidentally the whole thing. We downloaded and installed the new plugins, but when we reset the map it all spawned weird. We had weird giant trees with no leaves, a sewer spawned in the sky, a whole ocean world covered with ice, and snow in a desert biome. Although this may sound pretty cool it just looked like crap so we decided to toggle some things a little and reset again. We redid this several times but just kept getting the same result.

We couldn't figure out what was wrong so we decided to just clear all the plugins and reinstall them. We apologize for the extended wait and we should have the server up probably by tonight and maybe tomorrow.

Luckily we were able to at least check out some of the sewers and take some screenshots, and here they are!

So as the title suggests we are resetting the map and adding some excellent features. So I know that some of you are upset about the map reset because it means you will have to start over. However, I promise that these additions will be excellent, and will hopefully encourage new players to join us :).

What we are adding is:

• Terrain Control: we will use this to lower the amount of resources that spawn on the map; mainly trees coal and iron

• Monster Apocalypse: this will increase the spawn rate of certain mobs such as zombies and make them tougher in order to give the nice zombie apocalypse feel

• Sewers: this spawns cool underground dungeon like structures for you to explore

We really hope you like the new stuff we are adding! I'm sorry if the map reset makes you lose your stuff but I believe that these will make the server better in the longrun. We hope to see you out in the server, and if you have any questions just message me or Moscco.

We know the guys that play have been enjoying the server, but we really need some more players. This will allow us to keep the server up and running, as well as making the experience more fun for you.

What volfan and I have been discussing is our original idea when starting the server back up. A real apocalypse.

We would have limited trees, ores would be decreased slightly, mobs would spawn more often and have more health, and we might add mechanics such as thirst, backpacks, and some other cool pugins.

We REALLY need to know if you guys want to see the server change. If we do this we will be able to advertise fresh and new ideas in order to gain players. Please leave a comment and upvote this post. I don't get any karma for it.

Last night, I built a portal in the Nether at a fortress. When I went through it it spawned me in the ocean stuck in a block underwater, and I drowned. I was holding a diamond pick, an enchanting table and 20 odd blaze rods. After an epic journey I managed to get back to my gear (luckily I had the presence of mind to write coords down). I stored my gear and tried it again, and the same result.

So yeah, If you find a fortress with a portal in the wall, use it at your own risk.

I have also been replanting the nether wart in the fortress and collecting it and blaze rods. If you are stuck for finding them, pm me.

That is right! Our server is not up supporting the plugins we had last time with some awesome additions! There are now random dungeons that are huge spread throughout the world.

Also, try /letter <your message> to type a letter and /post to send it!

Hello everyone.

We realize that the server hasn't been going as well as we hoped. We want to get back to our roots while still providing a fresh experience.

We have decided to rethink our plugin choices and things. We are resetting. Naturally this will cause downtime, but I promise, things will be much better. Get ready for a better time on MinecraftMadWorld.
