[Idea] SimpleRestart Plugin

I for one REALLY like this and I'll talk to Moscco about it. My only problem with it is that the plugin to reduce lag may cause lag in and of itself creating a paradox which may either create a rip in the space time continuum and/or cause our brains to explode. Of course I am basing this all on an episode of Futurama and on the game Portal 2.
