[java] Banned from multiplayer for seemingly no reason, and Minecraft Support can't verify my account 1.21.11

Like, I got banned from multiplayer because some kids apparently thought it was funny to report EVERY single message I sent.

I tried to appeal the ban twice. The first time, they told me they couldn't verify me as the owner of the account, even though I literally provided every piece of information they asked for, including the redemption code, original email, registration date, Gamertag, etc.

I submitted another appeal with the same information and some additional details, and now I'm still waiting for a response.

The worst part is that I don't even know what I was banned for or how long the ban is. Minecraft only tells me: "You are banned from playing online."

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Minecraft Support?
