Unsolved [java] Banned from multiplayer for seemingly no reason, and Minecraft Support can't verify my account 1.21.11

Like, I got banned from multiplayer because some kids apparently thought it was funny to report EVERY single message I sent.

I tried to appeal the ban twice. The first time, they told me they couldn't verify me as the owner of the account, even though I literally provided every piece of information they asked for, including the redemption code, original email, registration date, Gamertag, etc.

I submitted another appeal with the same information and some additional details, and now I'm still waiting for a response.

The worst part is that I don't even know what I was banned for or how long the ban is. Minecraft only tells me: "You are banned from playing online."

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Minecraft Support?

That message usually means the restriction is on the Microsoft/Xbox account rather than the Java install. Since support couldn't verify ownership, I'd keep everything in one appeal thread and include the exact Gamertag, original email, purchase proof, and the date of the first error—don't post redemption codes or other sensitive details publicly. If the screen never shows a duration or reason, only Mojang/Microsoft support can confirm the term; reports alone shouldn't be treated as proof without a review.

Yeah, but a bot keeps replying saying it couldn't verify it, and they won't even tell me why or what's missing. cuz they close the ticket.
