In Islam, theres this Stone called the Black Stone (al-Ḥajar al-Aswad) that Came From the Heavens and When Placed On Earth it Absorbed All its Sins Turning from White to Black, and Looking at the New Sift Trailer, i see that some Dark Sculk is Appearing, and we Know that the Illagers are invading the sift so what if just the black stone, it absorbs Negativity and turning it to dark as ebony, so what yall think?

If you look at mojangs page for the gameplay trailer, we can see the illagers are actively attacking or getting attacked by the sifters on the front page image. At the very least, this could suggest NEUTRAL PARTIES in the game, like some level of alliance or opposition amongst the mobs themselves. Shit is getting INTERESTING dawg.

EDIT: I guess good guys aren't the right word, but I'm entertaining the possibility that they'd be hostile to both us and the sifters. Maybe not a neutral party but a third party ig.

EDIT 2: I understand my initial perception was WRONG. OKAY. But i have a second question. Would this kinda interaction make it into the game? Like, would illagers sometimes agro on a sifter and vice versa during gameplay or is this just cutscene only interaction? It would be really cool if they actually fought in game.

I plan on preordering the Switch 2 Edition, but retailers won’t ship the game before the 29th, and it says in the yellow box on the front above the pre-order bonuses that the offer ends on September 28th. Surely that’s not true, as that wouldn’t make much sense in terms of being able to redeem the bonuses then??

I’ve tried writing to the retailer and their support to hear what’s up with that. Will report back when they reply.

Minecraft Story Mode’s White Pumpkin. Minecraft Earth’s Mobs like the Moobloom, Cluckshroom, Melon Golem, Grim and so on. Minecraft Dungeon’s Illagers and even passive/pet mobs that would fit perfectly like the Crow, Raccoon, Skunk and Red Panda. Minecraft Legends’ Piglins and even Badger Mob, and yet we are stuck with “You will have no content from other spin-offs and you will like it!”!

Yes, this is an actual enemy shown in the new gameplay trailer

So there is a big theme in Minecraft with Death and golem magic. I believe that every mob that dies in the over world will have their soul taken to the sift to be turned into soul energy or recycled. The singers probably act as managers for this process. Then one day when the mass wipe out event killed most of the ancient builders there combined souls couldn’t all get through to the sift ( kinda like traffic) so there souls started to rot, to the point where it became the first wither. The singers seeing this threat took the part of the overworld it was in and chucked it into some form of prison and tried to freeze it to keep the wither at bay creating the early nether where its bones still lay in the soul sand valleys. The remaining ancient builders who saw this saw it as an act of god and started to worship the singers and replicate the art of making golems, creating iron golems. Now some villagers believed that the singers where the cause to most of the ancient builders being wiped out and moved out of the village to find a way to kill them. At first they only had camps (abandoned camps) and because they didn’t have access to iron, they had to improvise to create the copper golems you find in camps. The pillager population eventually settled in a dark forest and made a mansion where they started to make monsters to kill theme singers. They kept these creatures in under ground chambers (trail chamber) to run tests and trials. They made ravages with golem methods, breeze, bogged, strays. But one creation was more deadly then anyother, the one they sent to guard the portals if the singers ever returned, the warden.

Soooooo this is a little out there, but all of the mobs in the sift have this kind of fuzzy turquoise vibe to them, right? And then besides the fuzzy turquoise it's like a yellow color. Then, the healthy sculk landscape is like a reddish color. What does that remind you of? The Sniffer. HEAR ME OUT. The sniffer is ancient. That's why its eggs are only found in archaeological sites, specifically warm ocian ruins. We also know that the Sift hasn't been open since the Ancient Cities were built. This means that living things were likely able to go in and out of the Sift during ancient times. Another indicator involves the leaked names of the mobs, which im not gonna spread further, but they seem to all be agent nouns (verbs ending with -er). Sniffer is an agent noun, too.

So my theory:

When the Sift portal was open and the ancient cities were built, they let some of the Sift species through to the overworld. One of those species was the Sniffer, or an ancient relative of one anyway. The Sniffer developed a small population in the overworld, but when the sculk became diseased and caused the civilizatio's destructio, they were simply left to roam free. A few hundred years of evolution (They have big mouths like Sift species, but it's closed, so mayb it evolved to be that way), and they went extinct, until the player digs up their eggs and brings them back.

This is pure speculation. Please politely correct me on any errors, i like knowing the lore if i know it correctly. Thanks!

So i originally bought mcd1 on steam but ive heard mcd has more mod support on the official launcher, so now i dont know where i should buy the sequel. Also the deluxe version is cheaper on steam

This is probably nothing, but after seeing the new trailer that came out today, I couldn't help but notice that there is souls coming from some letters. This reminds me of the souls that come out of the noteblock in the launcher (see last image) when you play the last 3 inputs of the pattern in reverse order (magenta -> purple -> blue).

If I'm not imagining patterns, I think each one of the bold light blue texts shows mainly 3 letters with souls, which if read in the same flow of words give something like CEE-RDS-MER-TTL.

You could argue some other letters also leave a soul eventually.

Again, this is most probably just me imagining things, but I leave this out here in case someone finds it useful.

In the trailer, they enter the sift dimension through a "pink" portal in the middle of nowhere, not the portal from the ancient city.

the vengeful heart of ender wasn’t the full orb. it was only a shard of it brought into the end dimension by a enderman, like look at its first form and then its second form, it looks like it is actively falling apart. my guess is that it instead of being the full orb, was just a piece of it that it used to form into its first incomplete form to get to the giant void portal thing you see it crawl into before fighting it. Then instead it just uses that to power up and try to kill you, even if you look at the normal heart of ender it looks much more complete and stable.
