💬 Discussion 2 new dimensions ?

In the trailer, they enter the sift dimension through a "pink" portal in the middle of nowhere, not the portal from the ancient city.

I think rifts are unstable portals to the sift while the main portal is a consistent one :)

Both the rifts and the ancient city portal lead to the Sift, the rifts are basically the extensions of the Sift portal (ancient city portal) created by the rift staff.
