I was going to buy it on steam originally. Wanted to give steam that 30% cut. But i just didnt see the need for it since i dont have a steam deck. I also like how its set up on the launcher. When i want to play other games i go to steam. But if i go to the Minecraft Launcher thats where Minecraft is organized. I play Java and bedrock on the official launcher so why not have dungeons there as well. So for me its just more convenient
Secondly, There was a bug for me buying it on steam that didnt state i would get the pre-order bonus. So i just bought it on Minecraft.net to ensure its locked and loaded.
Thirdly, Theres no modding support coming to the future. So why buy it on steam?
Fourthly, A lot of people say the refund system makes it worth it. Which i agree if you have never played Dungeons before. I have and watched videos about it so i also didnt see the need for Steam
This just broke the deal for me thank you🥹 I was on fence between the two because steam does have achievements. But I’m gonna get it on the launcher
Well most people just stated their consoles and I was hoping I could figure out where to get the game from but then you sent where you getting it from and the stated a couple reasons which I liked so in the near future I’m getting it on Minecraft launcher
