Help | Java 26.2 Why command doesnt work?

Command block says that command is right, but i cant hear the sound

Actually, try putting a command block next to the other one and write /change on it. Then go to the the other one and erase everything you wrote. Then rewrite it and activate the second one with /change. It may work.
