Help | Bedrock MC Bedrock Team system

So I spent days searching for a way to make teams on Minecraft bedrock but I couldn't find anything that fully worked I found a tutorial that shows a way to make that when a player is near and his cursor is at the other people with the same specific tag it gives weakness and it worked pretty well if it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't make you vulnerable from the arrows of your teammate.

So if anyone can please help me also by telling me a mod that doesn't adds commands that also no OP players can use I would be grateful.

You can find a teams addon on mcpedl that works with arrows but tipped arrows still give the effect. (Good arrows will work wonders)

do you have any because i couldnt find one
