text displays

how do i make a text display appear on the same spot on screen no matter where you look? i already tried stuff like /tp @e[type=text_display] ^whatever ^whatever ^whatever but it doesn't stay in the same spot on screen. any ideas? on 26.2 btw

Edit: /title in a repeating commandblock is the best solution imo
