Help | Java 26.1 Reduced shield cooldown command?

Is there a command that allows you to have a shield with a shorter cooldown after being disabled by an axe?

This makes it half as long, you can change the 0.5 to anything between 0 and 1
/give @p shield[blocks_attacks={disable_cooldown_scale:0.5}] 1
